Table Tennis Coaching FAQs

Everything parents and players ask about table tennis coaching in London with Darius Knight – London 2012 Olympian and 2010 Commonwealth Games medallist.

Does my child need to have played before?

No. Beginners are very welcome. Every session is coached for all levels, from complete beginners to club players, so everyone works at the right pace.

What happens in a Saturday Masterclass?

Each 3-hour session (Saturdays, 10am–1pm, £25) starts with a physical warm-up, then basic drills, multi-ball training, match situations and fun games. Book a Saturday Masterclass.

What should we bring?

A bat, trainers and some water. For holiday camps, please also bring snacks and a full PE kit.

Where are the sessions?

We coach in London. The venue for each session is shown on its booking page, and we'll confirm the details when you book.

How do I book, and what if we can't make it?

Book and pay online on our website. If you can't attend, please let us know in writing at least 3 working days before the session – otherwise the payment can't be refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. One-to-one coaching packs save 5% on 5 sessions and 10% on 10. Bigger families can get a discount on holiday camps – just email us to ask.

Do you do table tennis birthday parties?

Yes! We run table tennis birthday parties at one of our venues, or we can come to you. Every party is tailored to your child's age and group size – get in touch to enquire.

Can you coach at our school or club?

Yes – we run sessions for schools, clubs and offices. All our coaches are DBS checked and registered with the DBS Update Service. See schools and coaching.
