Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy covers all DK Table Tennis coaching bookings: Saturday Masterclasses, holiday camps, one-to-one sessions, group sessions and birthday parties.

1. CANCELLING A BOOKING

You can cancel and receive a full refund if you tell us at least 3 working days before the session. Please email shop@dariusknight.com with your child's name and the session date.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. For example, to cancel a Saturday session you need to tell us by the end of the Wednesday before.

2. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

If you cancel with less than 3 working days' notice, or your child does not attend, the payment cannot be refunded. Places are limited, and an unused place stops another child from training.

3. CHANGING YOUR DATE

If you let us know at least 3 working days before, we will try to move your booking to another session free of charge, subject to availability.

4. IF WE CANCEL

If we have to cancel a session (for example because of venue problems or coach illness), we will let you know as soon as possible and you can choose either a full refund or a free transfer to another session.

5. ONE-TO-ONE PACKS

5-session packs must be used within 8 weeks of purchase, and 10-session packs within 16 weeks. Unused sessions expire after this date. Packs bought before 20 October 2026 keep their original time limit (10 and 20 weeks).

Individual one-to-one sessions follow the same 3 working days' notice rule to cancel or rearrange.

We may extend a pack for illness or injury, and if we cancel a session we will extend your pack by one week.

Packs can be refunded in full before the first session. After that they are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a sibling.

6. HOLIDAY CAMPS

Each camp day is booked separately, so the 3 working days' notice applies to each day you want to cancel.

7. ILLNESS AND INJURY

If your child is ill or injured, please let us know as soon as you can. Late cancellations are not normally refunded, but we will always consider offering a transfer to another session.

8. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 14 days.

EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING

For DK equipment and clothing bought online, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to return an unused item for a refund. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
